1. Definitions
“Seller” — the entity identified in the requisites section below, selling mobile data packages under the PROM eSIM brand.
“Buyer” — an individual with legal capacity who places an order on the site.
“eSIM” — an embedded SIM profile installed on the device via a QR code or activation link.
“Package” — the data allowance, validity period and coverage area shown on the product card at the time of ordering.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Seller transfers to the Buyer the right to use a mobile data package, delivered as an eSIM profile installed on the Buyer’s device.
Connectivity is provided by foreign mobile network operators and their partners within the coverage area. The Seller is not a mobile network operator.
The product is digital and is delivered electronically, with no physical carrier.
3. Conclusion of the agreement
This document is a public offer. Payment of an order constitutes acceptance and concludes the agreement on the terms displayed on the site at the moment the order was placed.
By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have reviewed the package description — data allowance, validity and coverage — and these terms.
4. Price and payment
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Amounts in other currencies are converted at the rate applied by the Seller at the moment of ordering and shown before payment.
Payment is accepted by bank card, instant bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never transmitted to or stored by the Seller.
5. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed the eSIM profile is issued automatically. The QR code and activation code appear on the order page and are sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
When several packages are purchased, each is delivered as a separate profile with its own QR code and is installed independently.
The product is deemed delivered once the QR code and activation code become available to the Buyer on the order page.
If a profile cannot be issued for technical reasons, the Seller completes delivery once the cause is resolved or refunds the payment in full, at the Buyer’s choice.
6. Activation and validity
Unless stated otherwise in the package description, the validity period starts when the eSIM first registers on a network inside the coverage area.
Install the profile in advance over Wi-Fi; enabling mobile data on arrival is sufficient.
Unused data is not carried over and is not refunded after the validity period ends.
A profile deleted from the device cannot be reinstalled — this is a limitation of the eSIM standard, not a Seller policy.
7. Device requirements
The package can only be used on a device that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.
Verifying eSIM support and the absence of a carrier lock before payment is the Buyer’s responsibility. Supported devices and how to check are listed in the FAQ on the site.
Inability to install the profile due to device incompatibility or a carrier lock is not a product defect.
8. Withdrawal and refunds
Before activation: the Buyer may withdraw from an unactivated package within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the QR code has not been used to install the profile.
After activation: no refund is made, as the connectivity service has begun and the digital product has been delivered in good order.
A full refund is also made if the profile was not delivered through the Seller’s fault, or if the package is technically inoperable across the entire coverage area for reasons attributable to the Seller or the operator.
Requests are sent to support@esimprom.online with the order number. Review takes up to 10 business days; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the decision.
9. Limitations
Packages are for data only. No phone number is assigned; voice calls and SMS over the eSIM are not supported unless explicitly stated in the package description. Internet-based calls and messengers work without restriction from the Seller.
Using the package for activity that breaches the laws of the country of stay, and reselling profiles to third parties, are prohibited.
Some operators apply speed throttling after the allowance is used up, or a fair-use policy. Such conditions are stated in the package description.
10. Liability
Quality, coverage and data speed are determined by the local operator’s network. The Seller does not guarantee any particular connection speed and is not liable for interruptions caused by the operator’s network, actions of public authorities or the properties of the Buyer’s device.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the price of the package paid for.
The Seller is not liable for the consequences of an incorrect e-mail address supplied by the Buyer at checkout.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at /privacy.
By placing an order the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms of that Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
The Seller may amend these terms. A new version takes effect upon publication and does not apply to orders paid for before publication. The current version is always available at /terms.
Disputes are resolved through negotiation; claims are sent to support@esimprom.online and reviewed within 10 business days. The agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The Russian-language version of this document prevails in case of discrepancy.
