Travel eSIM: mobile data in 180+ countries, no roaming
Pick a country, pay by card or SBP — the QR code arrives on screen and by email within a minute. Your main SIM and number stay active; the eSIM runs as a second line for data only.
What does mobile data cost in popular countries?
Prices show the lowest-priced plan in each country and include all the data — no monthly fee and no charges once your trip ends. A plan starts counting from your first connection abroad, so you can install the eSIM at home over Wi-Fi.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before buying an eSIM
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most smartphones since 2019: iPhone XR/XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Check Settings — you should see “Add eSIM” or “Cellular → Add plan”.
How fast does the eSIM arrive after payment?
Instantly. Right after payment the QR code appears on screen and is emailed to you together with an install link.
When should I install and activate the eSIM?
Install it at home over Wi-Fi in advance, then turn on data once you arrive. The plan's validity starts from the first connection to a network in the destination country.
Do I need a new eSIM for each country?
Yes. Each plan is a separate eSIM profile with its own QR code, valid in its own country. For a new trip you get a new plan; the profile of a finished plan can be removed in your phone settings.
Will I keep my main phone number?
Yes. The eSIM works as a second line for data only — your primary SIM and number stay active for calls and SMS.
Will messengers and calls work?
Yes — anything that works over the internet: WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, video calls, maps, social media. It's a data plan; traditional voice calls and SMS on the eSIM itself are not included.
What if the eSIM didn't activate?
Make sure data roaming is enabled for the eSIM and it's selected as the line for cellular data. If that doesn't help, contact support and we'll guide you.
How can I pay and is it secure?
By bank card or SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System). Payments go through a secure gateway and we never store your card details.
I have an iPhone 14/15/16 bought in Russia — why is there no eSIM option?
Since 2022, iPhones sold through official Russian retail ship without a physical eSIM slot — only a classic SIM tray (an import requirement, not a software lock). Parallel-import units (US, UAE, Hong Kong, etc.) and any recent Android flagship support eSIM. See the next question to check your exact device.
How do I check if my specific phone supports eSIM?
On iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Number, tap it again to reveal a code like A2894 (units without eSIM typically carry a different regional code than the US/international build). The fastest check: Settings → Cellular — if there's an "Add eSIM" option, your phone supports it.
Does eSIM replace roaming from Beeline, MTS, Megafon or Tele2?
Yes, and it's almost always cheaper: international roaming from a Russian home carrier is usually billed per megabyte or via expensive add-on packages, while eSIM gives a fixed data allowance at a fraction of the price. Your home SIM (Beeline/MTS/Megafon/Tele2) stays in the phone for calls and SMS — the eSIM only handles data.
Can I use my Beeline/MTS/Megafon/Tele2 SIM and the eSIM at the same time?
Yes, that's the normal setup. In Settings → Cellular, set your home SIM as the default line for calls and SMS, and the eSIM as the line for cellular data. Both lines stay active at once — no manual switching needed.
How do I check whether my eSIM is currently active?
On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → select the eSIM plan — it shows "Active" or "Inactive" plus remaining data. On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → select the eSIM profile. We also email you the status and remaining data, and show it in your account dashboard.
It says "Unable to Activate Cellular Plan" — what should I do?
This is usually a temporary hiccup reaching the activation server. Check your Wi-Fi connection and try installing the eSIM again in 2-3 minutes. Don't rescan the same QR code repeatedly (it's single-use); if the error persists, contact support and we'll reissue the profile at no extra cost.
The eSIM installed but shows "No Service" — how do I fix it?
In Settings → Cellular → your eSIM line, make sure "Data Roaming" is turned on — without it the line physically won't attach to a foreign network even if the eSIM itself is active. Toggling Airplane Mode on and off can also force a reconnect.
Do I need to enable data roaming separately for the eSIM line?
Yes, this is required. Go to Settings → Cellular → select the eSIM line → enable "Data Roaming". It's a separate toggle per SIM line — roaming enabled on your home SIM has no effect on the eSIM, and vice versa.
The QR code says "Not Found" or "Already Used" — why?
The QR code is single-use: it installs the eSIM profile once. If you already scanned it (even by accident) or are trying to install the same QR on a second device, the system blocks the repeat install — the profile is already on the first device that scanned it.
What if I switch phones after installing the eSIM?
An eSIM profile is physically tied to the device it was installed on and doesn't carry over through an iCloud/Google backup. Switching phones requires a new eSIM — if your old plan's data isn't used up yet, contact support and we'll handle it case by case.
How many times can I install one eSIM QR code?
Once. After the first successful install, the provider deactivates the QR code — a standard safeguard against profile copying. If you haven't started using it yet and need a different target device, contact support before the first install.
Is there a speed limit once the data allowance runs out?
Fixed-data plans simply disconnect from the internet once the limit is hit — you can see the remaining data in your dashboard. If you run out, buy a new plan — it comes with its own QR code.
Can I top up data without buying a new eSIM?
No, adding data to an already installed profile isn't available on the site yet. If you run low, buy a new plan for the same country — it comes with its own QR code.
Will bank SMS verification codes still arrive on eSIM?
Calls and SMS go to whichever line is set as primary — usually your Beeline/MTS/Megafon/Tele2 SIM. Our eSIM is a data-only plan, so bank verification codes keep arriving on your usual number even abroad.
Does the eSIM work on the plane before landing?
Install the eSIM ahead of time on the ground over Wi-Fi — no need for Airplane Mode during that step. In flight the profile just waits; turn on Data Roaming and let it connect only after landing, once Airplane Mode is switched off.
Which Android phones support eSIM?
Among mainstream models: Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer (excluding some regional variants), Google Pixel 3 and newer, plus several recent Huawei, Honor, Oppo and Xiaomi models. The list keeps growing — the most reliable check is looking for "Add eSIM" under the SIM settings on your specific device.
Is it safe to buy an eSIM from a third-party service instead of the destination's carrier directly?
Yes: technically the eSIM is a profile issued by a local carrier in the destination country — we act as an aggregator across several such carriers and resell their plans through one convenient interface with card or SBP payment. Data travels over an encrypted connection, and payment runs through a certified gateway.
Can I get a refund if the eSIM doesn't work?
Yes, if the issue is on our side or the provider's (plan failed to activate, network never connected due to a service fault) we refund in full. If the QR was already installed and some data was used, refunds are handled case by case through support.
What does an eSIM status of "Suspended" or "Error" mean?
This usually means the data allowance or plan validity has expired, or there's a temporary technical issue on the carrier's side. If the plan has ended, buy a new one; if "Error" persists past 15-20 minutes, contact support and we'll check the profile manually.
Is eSIM call/data quality any different from a local physical SIM?
No: the eSIM connects to the exact same physical local carrier network (the same towers as that carrier's regular SIM cards) — it isn't a separate, throttled "virtual" network. The only difference is the format — data instead of a plastic card.
Should I turn off my home Beeline/MTS/Megafon/Tele2 SIM before traveling?
No, you don't need to turn it off. To avoid accidental roaming charges on your home carrier, you can disable "Data Roaming" for that SIM in Settings → Cellular while leaving it enabled only for the eSIM. Calls and SMS on the home SIM keep working (billed per your carrier's own rates).
Can I use eSIM on an iPad or Apple Watch?
Yes, if the device supports eSIM (cellular iPad, LTE Apple Watch) — the install process is the same: scan the QR code or enter the activation details manually in the device's cellular settings.
What if the eSIM profile disappears after an iOS update?
A rare case, but a profile can be lost during a full network reset or restore from an old backup. It can't be reinstalled from the same QR code (it's single-use) — contact support with your order number and we'll reissue the profile at no extra cost if the data hasn't been used up.
